How It Works
All in store items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
A Green PC receipt is required at the time of return.
Special order computers, Special order parts and any software cannot be returned.
Warranty Information
Computer warranty policy
All computer systems purchased from us come with a limited hardware warranty. This warranty covers all of the original hardware of the computer (ex: CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, etc) but does not cover data loss, software malfunctions, problems resulting from abuse, misuse or items missing Green PC product tags.

Refurbished Laptops and Desktops for a period of 1 year from date of purchase

Barebones Laptops and Desktops for a period of 30 days from date of purchase

Refurbished Mobile devices for a period of 90 days from date of purchase

Green PC's responsibility for hardware defects is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at our discretion and does not cover any other part that is not of the original configuration or installed after purchase.
